It will also be syndicated to several real estate portal sites which will maximize the visibility and significantly increase the number of enquiries.

We will receive and profile all enquiries about your property, checking enquirer's details and making sure that they meet your criteria as prospective tenant. We schedule viewing appointments for your property and once prior to accepting any reservation on your property we will send you copies of all required documentation by email: passport/dni/nie, recommendation letters, bank statements, employment contract etc.

We use very clear and straightforward rental contracts, both temporada and one to five year renewable contracts which have all parties best interests clearly specified. Our contracts are simple, transparent and have certified translations in several languages (helpful for tenants to understand key points in their own language). We also undertake a rigorous inventory and condition check of the property at the time of the signing of the contract. If requested we also register your contract with the chamber of property. If required we can also advise about insurance cover against the risk of non payment of rent.
