This 70m2 atico-loft apartment comes with a 70m2 terrace, which has a 15m2 cristal bedroom/studio.

The building is a restored XVI century palace with 3 flats on each floor. The apartment itself has been restored to a high standard with top quality furnishings. The apartment comes unfurnished but does include the sofas and cupboard at the terrace studio as well as the glass dining table in the dining area photos. The floor is of coco-wood parquet, the apartment level has one bedroom with a large closet, one complete bathroom (with bathtub), a good sized living room with a fully equiped ‘american’ style kitchen (it is all electric-no gas).

All of the windows in the apartment are double glazed (as well as the glass-studio on the terrace). There is a designer dining table and the terrace comes with 2 sunbeds and 2 ratan couches in the glass-studio. It’s a completely exterior loft, that is extremely private and secluded from neighbors and the street. It has a lot of authentic details that makes it a special place. There is also a door man from 8.30 until 13.30 during the week.

This is truly one of the more special aticos we have had available in the Born- it is a hidden gem with its own private garden-terrace. This is the perfect place to enjoy the Barcelona sun and one of Barcelona’s most trendy neighborhoods.
