Just a couple of doors down, Vila Viniteca has opened up a deli store with a great selection of jamóns, chacuterie, cheeses and gourmet ingredients. You can buy a bottle next door, then pull up a table inside for a pica-pica (no corkage is charged). They also host a gastronomic street party each year (usually late October-early November) with tasting dishes and big glasses of tasty local wine.
