 The Dracula!Santa Maria Kitchen

This little tapas restaurant has one of the more diverse menus around, from Japanese to Classic Catalan to Indian curry, you can find most anything on this eclectic menu. Tapas here are extremely creative, cooks from Ferran Adrià’s school will surprise you with their imagination. The cosy atmosphere and window into the kitchen make this a special dining experience and the waitstaff is usually quite helpful. The best part of the evening- the Dracula- one of the best deserts I’ve every had- a mix of pop rocks (yes, poprocks) chocolate and berries that is just to die for- well worth the trip. Not the cheapest tapas in the Born, but definitely worth a visit. Beautiful people’s canteen. Always full, you better book…and try the tasting menu for a little bit of everything.
