More of a bar than a restaurant, this tucked away gem is hidden on Calle Comerç, sandwiched between the Park and Paseo del Born. The unassuming interior reminds one of a Scandinavian ski lodge, with dark wooden beams and a cozy familiar feel not often found in the trendier more touristy Born eateries. But what is the best reason to visit this little bar would you ask? They do offer café con leche in the morning, a bountiful selection of spirits- but oh- they also happen to make the best cheeseburgers in town and perhaps anywhere else I have tried. Many an American has asked where to find a burger- any decent burger- in Barcelona. My answer is Atipik.
