There are so many bars in Gràcia it is impossible to keep track of them but more often than not by an evening’s end I’ll find myself in this one. The walls are lined in English, Italian and Spanish newspapers and the music tends towards the more mellow, except for weekends when they up the tempo. Downstairs is a little cramped (it is not a spacious bar) but they’ve managed to squeeze in a mezzanine level that provides you with a mix-mash of chairs and tables that offer more in way of comfort than downstairs. The bar staff mix up a pretty good cocktail, and offer a fine selection of beers, but be warned this bar gets very smoky.
