This bar is part of the Teatreneu, which is located right next door. It’s a surprisingly large bar, certainly one of the biggest I’ve been to in Gràcia. I’d often struggled at finding a bar that could accommodate those impromptu gatherings of larger groups of people, and this place has banished such problems. They do a reasonably good set menu of simple food that rarely runs to more €10 a head and have a great selection of alcohol too. The crowd is very mixed, with not only attendees of the theatre but a fairly large collection of locals too. It has both an upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs is little more relaxed with the ambience drifting towards the fading baroque.
