The Apartment:

Espacio Habitat is an environment more than a flat in an exquisitly renovated apartment with a beautiful stone façade exposing the different stages and interventions of the building throughout the years. With original exposed vaults and wood structure, timber ceilings, and brick walls in the foyer and bathrooms. Gracia is a wonderful location to stay in while in Barcelona, it is a lively and colourful neighbourhood with many great local bars, cafés and restuarants to visit where mingling amongst the locals.

The Trilla III apartment is ideally situated on a quiet street in this great neighbourhood, but only 3 minutes away from the metro stop which will take you to downtown Barcelona in 10 minutes. Clients coming by car will find parking 20metres from the building.

The apartment is on the ground floor which also makes it ideal for wheelchair users. This lovely apartment has been completely renovated (2011) making excellent use of space.
On entering the living area, you immediately appreciate the good use of space. In the living area you find a comfortable sofa, TV and DVD. There is also a small office area – where you can write those ‘wish you were here’ postcards.
